Goldberg introduces 14 YourCARE Centres. Bangladeshi Mobile Handset brand Goldberg Mobile started its customer service operation introducing 14 YourCARE Centres (YCC), customer service points across the country. The Goldberg Mobile users will get instant service at those centres.
Commenting on the initiative, Goldberg Mobile Chief Executive Officer Abrar Rahman Khan said, We initiated the centres to solve customers’ problem instantly. The customers will get replacement of charger and battery in case of problem in warranty period. The customer executives are ready to serve immediately the problems of software, speaker, mike and LCD touch.
The customers will get solutions in case of problem of mother board within three days in Dhaka and within five days for the outside of the capital. The company offers handset replacements for problem within first 14 days of buying. The customers will get service without any cost after warranty period. They would be paid only parts in applicable. Besides the Goldberg customers will get same service from some 45 authorized collection points.
The company ready to ensure remote customer service with call centre that is open from morning 10 AM to night 8 PM all days in a week accept government holidays. The customer centres were started in Kawran Bazar, Mirpur-10, Santinagar, Savar in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chittagong, Khulna, Jessor, Bagura, Rangpur, Feni, Rajshahi, Comilla and Barisal. It’s should be notable that the number of YCC will be reached at 40 establishing new 26 centres within this year.
