The display of the LG Nexus 4 is IPS and this is True HD of 4.7 inches and 318ppi. The Apple iPhone 5 comes with the retina display and resolution of 1136 x 640 with 206ppi. The largest display is found on the Samsung Galaxy S3 as it is 4.8 inches and it is Super AMOLED with 306ppi and resolution of 1280 x 720. The IPS is best out of doors and the colours are realistic. The LG Nexus 4 has the largest of the IPS screens so this wins.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 has them both so it wins. The LG Nexus 4 could give 15 hours battery life thanks to it having a battery of 2100mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Apple iPhone 5 each offer around 8 hours. Recently AnandTech did tests and this showed that the best battery life was on the Apple iPhone 5. The Samsung Galaxy S3 came second and the LG Nexus 4 was in last place.
